Hajime didn't really noticed the effect he had on people. While Oikawa took most of the attention, with girls screaming his name and surrounding him in groups, looking for every crumb of attention. Hajime commanded attention in a different way.

He was reliable, always there when someone needed a hand. Responsible with both himself and others. Tall and strong, emotionally present, your texts never went unanswered and he always made sure to let people know if he was going to be busy. He wasn't disrespectful, he knew how to treat people and direct the younger ones the correct way without being intimidating. Never making anyone uncomfortable and not controlling but always ready to step in if he thought things were getting out of control.

Practically a perfect guy once anyone got close enough.

His only flaw seemed to be that he was oblivious to his own charm, especially how it had been affecting you lately. It was a bit maddening, but it didn't really erased the whole charm he had on himself... or the way he was clueless about it.
