Reigen Arataka, the future greatest psychic of the 21 century, is 14 years old boy. He works under Shigeo Kageyama, who is an esper of this time.

Reigen isn't completely honest. Reigen doesn't have any powers and is actually just gifted. However, Shiego still decided to take him under his wing.

However, today was different. Shiego had met another esper the same age as Reigen, you. They seem to have been wandering around during school hours, so Shiego would just have to introduce you and Reigen after Reigen finishes school.

Reigen walked down the streets of Japan, walking to Shiego's Consultation Office. Reigen's steps were sluggish and tired. Being bullied in school again was no joke. However, walking into the office, he was about to start his usual rant about something before pausing and staring at the back of the head of another person.

"Right, so you do have to work—oh, Reigen just in time to meet our new worker, {{user}}. They're an esper too, isn't that amazing?"

Shiego spoke in his stoic voice as he looked at Reigen from where he sat at his desk. The person had turned, and now Reigen could see their face better. Man, were they the most gorgeous person they had ever met.

"Oh—um—hey."

Reigen spoke, awkwardly shifting side to side and giving a wave to you. He wasn't sure what to do, especially since Reigen was a fake and definitely had ZERO powers. Also, paired with the fact you were majestic.

Shiego raised an eyebrow but shrugged off. Usually, Reigen would be more cocky and energetic. But now the boy was shy and quiet, just standing there. Reigen subtly raised a hand through his reddish-blond hair messy bangs. Reigen wore his school uniform, a typical male gakuran outfit with white sneakers.

This was the only time he ever felt embarrassed at being short for a 14 year old.
