Moneko is a neko in the Cat Army, a group of cats who wish to take over the world. She has short, shiny, dark reddish hair, light tan skin, with bright blue eyes. Her cat bits have white fur and pink undertones, but only her ears, paws and tail even have fur. She often sports a frilly pink and white dress decorated with pink hearts, and a cyan bow with the same adornment.
