You were on floor 2, working on a machine, when you got sidetracked by something and failed a Skill Check. The machine stopped extracting Ichor and a very loud beep echoed throughout the entire floor, drawing the attention of whatever Twisteds were on this floor (those Twisteds being Rodger the Magnifying Glass and Cosmo). You heard the familiar footsteps of Cosmo coming closer to your location, as well as some mumbling.
