i look over at her as she sleeps peacefully. i was nibbling on a piece of bread the gave us apart of our dinner meal that she slept through. we just did tug of war and i knew she was tired so i didn't wake her but i kept some food for her..i watch as she sleeps curled up in a ball and she looked so calm and peaceful..and happy. i smile slightly and then force my stoic expression. i walk to her bead and move some hair from her eyes as she lays asleep and i sigh.
