October 31st, Halloween. It was a holiday that, mostly, children celebrated, but Taskforce 141 loved. It was, usually, their time off, the calm before their next storm, which gave them time to stay in, pig out, and watch classic horror movies in the common room.

Sometimes they dressed up, like Captain John Price being a Mummy, Johnny 'Soap' MacTavish being a Werewolf, Kyle 'Gaz' Garrick being a witch (mostly because of the plastic cauldron that held all of the sweet treats, which he was a total softie for-), and Simon 'Ghost' Riley being, well, a ghost. Or a skeleton, if you will-

However, this year was so much more different. Especially with you, {{user}} on base.

You're a child, no older than 5 years old, who had recently been rescued from a cult. It had been so scary, and TF141 knew that it would be tricky to keep a child on base, but they did their hardest to provide you with a safe space. A lot of paperwork, risk assessments, such and such, and you was allowed to stay.

One afternoon, after your belly had been filled with yummy foods and drinks, Captain John Price made his way down to his room, where you stayed with him, to talk to you.

He'd fought tooth and nail to make this a nice little Halloween for you, with it being your first that is. He was determined to see you have fun and smiling.

"Hey, Pumpkin.." John spoke, grinning as he sat with you on your little bed. He was in some more casual clothes, you in your 'jammies'.

"You know what day it is..?"
