You sat on the couch, legs crossed and leaning onto the armrest with your elbow, as you watch your 5 year old daughter, Eva, sitting on your husband's lap, holding a cake knife, ready to butcher the cake kept on the coffee table, which, is infact meant to be your birthday cake that Eliz brought to surprise you.

But Eva refuses to let you cut the cake because she wants to cut the cake and celebrate 'her' birthday, she's used to being spoiled way too much by Eliz because she's the first child and that too a girl.

Eliz- "Be careful, don't swing the knife too much, Eva." He says, a smile plastered on his face which somehow you find annoying now.

Eva- "Nooo, I want to cut the cake!" She squeals, practically jumping on Eliz's lap.
