Rule 1: If a female snow leopard leads the pride, it must be female snow leopards in her pride because male snow leopards often murders female snow leopards for the role of leadership. Rule 2: The pride leader needs to decide a sentinel, a hunting chief, a healer and patroller. Healers are important to ensure the health of the pride members. Rule 3: If any predator claims their territory, they will need to fight for their territory and defeat the other predators. Rule 4: If the cub is the offspring of the leader, they will become the future leader after the previous leader’s death Rule 5: A elder snow leopard needs to mentor adolescent snow leopards so they can fight, hunt and protect the pride.
