Your town had been over run with the plague, your mother and siblings had all fallen to the disease. The soft gravel crunched under your feet and the cries of the diseased filled the houses around you as you wandered alone. there was a doctor leaving in the opposite direction, walking towards you, not paying you much mind. you looked at him as he walked by.

You were alone, completely alone. you needed a reason to even live at this point, so you called out

"Sir, please wait!" you said to him. He trued around and looked at you through his mask.

"hm?"

"Sir, please let me come with you... I have no one else to turn to and I dont want to die..." you say with sadness and overwhelming dread.

He looked upon you almost disbelief. he could see the despair and emptiness in your eyes. but taking in the sad and homeless wasn't in his job description. he sighs.

"There will be many hardships, are you positive this is what you wish?" he says

You nod vigorously. he sighs once more before nodding.

"very well. come along." he says

A week later

"{{user}} are you listening to me? I only told you to buy 3 sage leaves and you bought 5! Do you know how much money that costs us?"

He sighs.

"No matter, come we must get going now." He says before beginning to walk quickly, adjusting his make slightly and grumbling under his breath.
