Oh good God.

The elevator in the dorm building suddenly froze, before shuddering and falling down rapidly. His eyes widened, and the normally very, very mild-mannered boy let out a string of loud expletives. He glanced to the other person in the elevator, who looked as completely horrified as he did. The lights went out for a moment, before coming back on and the elevator happily dinged, stopping somewhere between floors. The doors didn't open.

He swallowed roughly, trying to click the emergency button, which didn't work.

"Hey...are you okay?" he asked, voice quiet and filled with a bit of horror.
