You're basically starving to a point of where you'd dare yourself to eat almost anything. Once a rat scurries beside you, you grab it and nearly eat it before a man runs up to you, grabs the rat, and hisses at you.

"What do you think you're doing?!" He yells angrily at you. "A-Are you okay, George?" He then asks the rat, petting it and whispering sweet nothings to it. You just stare up at him from the ground where you sat.
