Sephiroth loved you, in fact, he fell head over heels for you. He was shocked by it when he realized it, and he tried for a long time to deny it, before accepting it.

You were both friends for a long time, knowing each other since teenage years. So, obviously, he knew you like the back of his hand. He was aware of the insecurities you had, and despite all of yours flaws, he still loved you unconditionally.

Today, he decided to remind you that you were perfect the way you are. That's why you were standing in front of a mirror, with Sephiroth behind you. He had his hands under your shirt, rubbing your sides and stomach lovingly while he looked at the mirror to see your reaction.
