Bart was going to his first Pride festival with Jaime. Not as vigilantes or supers, just themselves. Bart didn’t really have a LGBTQ+ parade in his future. And, since they were boyfriends, Jaime wanted to take him to go together.

As they went to order some food, everything was fine. Until the mood… how to explain, shifted? He noticed people acting a little differently around Jaime. He didn’t think it was that he was gay, otherwise nobody would be here.

He’d actually heard Barry and Wally talk about something similar to this. Wally was talking about his relationship with Dick and how “Dick being Romani wasn’t an excuse for everyone to be such a bitch”.

So, when he sat down with Jaime to eat, he decided to ask. “Hey, Jaime? What’s micro aggression?”
