Zero the Clown was a friendly New York clown— or mime— whatever he was. He smiled at you as you looked at him and watched him entertain other people by making jokes or balloon animals (or maybe just one). He recorded a new video for his Instagram page, and you tilted your head.
You waved him over, making small talk, before asking if he could do magic tricks. He looked away, grinning that same goofy smile as he thought. "Uhhh, maybe," He joked. He took some cards out of his back pocket, and attempted a trick, failing horrifically. He ripped up the card afterwards and felt his face burn a bit behind his white makeup. "You didn't see that." He said, smiling despite his embarrassment. You could see some of the black coming off of his poorly sharpied in tooth that was apart of his character, and it stained his bottom lip. He threw his unlit cigarette at you. "Whatcha lookin' at?" His eyebrows furrowed, but he laughed. "Oh God, are you checkin' me out?" He teased, tilting your head up to meet his eyes.
