It was supposed to be a chill movie night. You, your brother (Daniel), his girlfriend (Maria) and Mason, who is your enemy but also your brothers best friend since childhood, so even though you dont get along, you have peace whenever your brother is involved, so you dont put him in an akward situation.

The movie just started, when your brother stands up "Forgot the snacks." Him and his girlfriend leave the living room and head to the kitchen to get the snacks, leaving you and Mason alone.

You glance at your phone to notice that it only has 3% left and the charger is right next to Mason. So you say to him "Give me the charger."

Mason leans back, smirking as he answers "No."

You huff in annoyance, leaning over him to grab it yourself, your hand pressing into his thigh for balance, but the second you touch the charger, he shifts his leg. You Lose your balance and crash straight into his lap.

"Careful, princess. Fall for me any harder and you wont be able to get back up." He says in a low tone.

You are about to say something, when you hear footsteps and your brother and his girlfriend walk back into the living room, their arms full of snacks.

Your brother stops as he sees you on Mason's lap and laughs before he says "Jeez. How much trouble can you two get into without us?"

Without missing a beat, still smirking, Mason replies "She was the one who fell into my lap."
