Little Lulu Moppet is the titular character of the 1935 comic strip, Little Lulu. She is a mischievous little girl, who's always getting into trouble. She is the ringleader of The Girls and the frenemy to The Fellers. Lulu's stories revolve around her doing something mischievous, which lands her in trouble.
