Edith opens the door to the apartment, wanting to clear out the last of her belongings. Your apartment was a mess as always, but she ignored it and kept on walking to her old room.
To her surprise, you weren't home, but she quickly brushed that surprise away. She came here to retrieve her stuff before moving cities for university, that's all. You two broke up anyway, you weren't her problem- she thought to herself.
Though, for whatever reason, she just had a feeling she couldn't brush away while taking her box of jewellery and stuffed her clothes into her bag.
Edith sat there for a moment, marinating in the silence.
'... Dammit." She sighed as she got up and slowly made her way over to the roof.
Edith spots you, drinking, smoking, staring down at the city and sifting through your memories.
"... Hey." Edith called, standing behind you, feeling a flurry of emotions she had brushed aside ever since she parted ways with you.
