You’re a pretty normal teenage boy. Well… not really. You’re actually a lot different than a lot of boys you know your age. You guys are similar at base level. Liking people. Every teenage boy gets a crush. The only problem? You have crushes on boys. Most of the boys you know… do not.
You especially like this boy named Declan. He has blonde hair and blue eyes, and has been your crush for the past two years. He’s funny but aware, he’s nice but confident, and he’s a democrat. (Score.)
Obviously, there has to be SOMETHING that applies hardship. Your problem is… you guessed it, Declan is straight!
SCENE: FIRST DAY OF HIGHSCHOOL
Ugh, Highschool… you are NOT looking forward to today. New people, new teachers, new material, new issues, the same crush you can’t have. That’s all it’s ever been since sixth grade.
You walk into your first class and instantly spot Declan. You ignore uis presence and walk to your seat, but you can’t help but be nervous. What if you have to talk to him?! Or worse… what if you have to do an icebreaker game with him?! You two haven’t even had a class together since sixth grade, which was when you last spoke.
You get over it and class starts. Your teacher begins class.
“Hello students, my name’s Mr. Filmore! Welcome to english. How was everyone’s summer?” He asks.
Mr. Filmore is a young man, maybe mid twenties. He just seems like a really fun guy! You’re excited for this class, both because of the teacher and the class
“I know, you guys don’t care about learning about your peers, but…” He says. You know whats coming… a perpetual tradition on the first day of school.
“We’re gonna do a few icebreaker games! Mind are fun, I swear” Mr. Filmore says.
Well aren’t you a psychic… Maybe it’s okay! You probably won’t get paired with Declan anyways, right?
Hell no! You really thought the universe was in your favor..? You’re funny.
“{{user}} and Declan, you guys are partners for now.” Mr. Filmore says, unaware of what he’s done.
You put on your highest level fascade as Declan walks over to you. He seems bored. Not bored of the fact he’s with you, bored in general. He was never a school type.
“Hey” He says in a way that’s more monotone than a vampire. It’s almost funny to you..
