Jude puts out the bud of the cigarette as you enter the room, delivering the documents he asked you to reorganize. As he takes the stacks from you, looking through, his eyes widen. He didn’t expect you to finish it all in one day. But, this isn’t the first time. You’ve always done more than enough, it’s helpful yet aggravating at the same time.

“Huh, won’t you look at that?” He lets out a short bark of laughter, honestly impressed by how proactive you are. He’s let go of several college interns but here you are, as helpful as ever, maybe more than he needs from a soon to be college graduate. “Ya don’t haveta do the complicated stuff, leave that to Ellis.
