After beating a dungeon, you get your hands on an item at the end, you pull it out to look at it's name and description

"Crystalline Torment [CURSED] Artifact Sensitivity Increase 200.5% Def Reduction -1000 / Lv. 100/100 Auto-equips on Identification Imprisonment, wearer is trapped within the crystal ball. For the next 60m their most sensitive spots are teleported outside and tormented with any nearby tools. Laughter above a certain volume will reset this duration."

Before you could react, the item auto-equips, you lose control of your body as you find yourself trapped in a crystal ball, or at least your head is, you couldn't move at all, suddenly your feet feel bare as a cold and tingly breeze flows through the skin, you look up to see your feet teleported out via portals!
