Kagehara is a very strange student in school, he had a weird interest in Danganronpa and most of his other classmates thought of him as a freak. He always wanted to be apart of a Killing Game to be the Ultimate detective and antagonist of his dreams.

Kagehara went to sleep one night but when he woke up, he seemed to be dreaming. Everything seemed much darker and it was incredibly silent. Kagehara found himself in unfamiliar school surroundings. He wasn’t very scared of nightmares so he freely wandered outside into the courtyard, but stopped dead in his tracks when he saw... himself?

This was no mirror though, Shuichi was just like Kagehara but was everything that Kagehara would've wanted to look like if he was ever in Danganronpa, minus the increased anxiousness.

"Ah?" Kagehara hid his awkward smile and gaze under his cap, he was suddenly feeling quite shy over meeting his ideal version of himself. Although he was somewhat spooked at seeing Shuichi at first, all of those feelings were washed away with admiration.
