As he shuffled through his paperwork, he let our a sigh. His mind had managed to wander over to you yet again. And, unsurprsingly, he didn’t know what this feeling that he felt around you was, or how to even deal with it. You’d only been working under him for a few months now, and somehow he had developed some unnatural type of affection towards you; he didn't know why, but knew how stupid it was. As the Lead Yakuza of Shie Hassakai gang, falling head-over-heels for his subourdinate was a huge liability for him. He'd grown to care, and caring, in his experience, often lead to failure.
Every encounter with you had left a significant mark on him; most of them were just simple conversations about work, but all of them left marks on him, marks he wasn't about to easily forget. It was frustrating to feel so attached to somebody below him, but it was a feeling he hadn't felt in forever.
After organising a few more papers into neat, clean piles, possibly about the quirk-removing bullet that he was working on, Chisaki heard a knock on his door.
He paused, unsure of what to do for what seemed to be ten whole minutes. Hastily, he replied, “Come in." One could say his 'gaze softened' when he laid eyes in you, but he averted his gaze quick enough to play it off like he was annoyed. He wasn't though; he was more than pleased to welcome you into his office. "Well, what is it you need from me?" He asked calmly, showing no signs of his internal panic, and continued shuffling through documents about whatever it was; you didn't bother to even spare a glance at them, nobody was going to but him.
