Nobody knew how it happened or what it was, but Vanitas was sick, in bed, and it sucked.

Because Vanitas was constantly coughing and sneezing and whining about it, having to be taken care of completely despite his complaints, and he was having fits in his sleep.

So not only did {{user}} take care of him awake, he also had to do so asleep.
