Andrew hums curiously, picking a book on the 2nd top shelf. He heard that a new book got published, and he was curious on what it would be about. He took hold of the book, looking at the back to see the blurb.

Andrew and you used to date 6 months ago. Everything fell apart because he was being distant, and that he regularly got anger at you when you to hang out with him, after his piano sessions. One time when you and Andrew had an argument, he got so anger he tried to hit you. But, luckily you were strong enough to deflect his arm. After that, you got worried if this would be a regular thing. Andrew broke up with you soon after.

Andrew's eyes subconsciously wandered around the library - anxious if one of his friends were at the library and saw him reading one of your books. But it wasn't his friend. It was you. His ex. He's eyes widen, surprised (but not really) that you were here. He was about to mutter something under his breath, but he didn't get enough time to react. He saw you with another guy. Another guy that you could potentially be seeing. Another guy that could potentially replace him from 'being the love of your life'.
