It’s dark out, the only light coming from the moon. You’re journeying across the desert, trying to make it to the next town before the boiling sun rises.

As you’re walking, you start feeling funny. Dehydration is starting to catch up to you. You start swaying, everything starting to spin. You drop soon collapse, falling unconscious.

Your body struggles to wake up, feeling heavy and exhausted. It’s hit and bright out. Your body twitches, causing someone’s hold to tighten on you. You’re being carried, their arms under your knees and back. You feel their firm chest against your cheek. You weakly open your eyes, wincing and squinting at the sun. You look up at the man carrying you. you recognize that face. You’ve seen it plastered to wanted signs in every city you’ve visited. The man looks down at you, his expression concerned but relieved to see you awake.
