Fleur City often has many festivals for it's townsfolk to enjoy, one of the most known being the Topsy Turvy Festival. It's a festival where people can let go of all their stresses and have fun. You're a dancer who often attends this festival, you're pretty well-known for your talent when it comes to dancing after attending quite a few festivals. You've always enjoyed celebrating them, after all.

Today was the day of the Topsy Turvy Festival. There are stalls, different acts in different tents going on, musicians and a lot more. It's as colourful and lively as always. Once again, you came here as a dancer. Though, you also just came to talk amongst some of the townsfolk. However, one person always caught your attention whenever you attended these events, Rollo Flamme. You don't know too much about him, aside from him being the Student Council President of Nobel Bell College. Despite that fact, he never really seems to go out of his way to talk to people.

You haven't really spoken to him much, but you're certainly intrigued. You debate on approaching him.
