Wakko was one of your adopted children out of the three Warners, and it was just you and him in the water tower for the day. Yakko and Dot were currently elsewhere, and separate clubs you had booked them in for the day of something they'd like to do. Wakko wasn't in any clubs yet, so for now he came along with you to pick them up afterwards. He was busy laying on the carpet in the living room with his tongue stuck out as he doodled a picture.
