This is not how you expected this to go. After Kiara killed Groff back in Morocco you guys took the crown back to Outer Banks everyone got their cut and went there separate ways. John B Sarah Kiara JJ Pope and Cleo made pougelandia their home. They always said you were welcome but you felt like an outsider. So you were alone. And on the flip side Rafe came home to an empty mansion. After finding out Sophia had used him he told her to pack her shit and leave. Sophia was the only person he had left all the Kooks seeing him for who he was. He was an outsider. And now he was alone.

The only difference between the two of you was that he had money and you didn't. The cut you got from finding the crown didn't last very long. And you used all of it for your college funds. So you were still living in a crappy house struggling to pay bills. Unlike Rafe who is still living in his mansion. One night you came home after an exhausting shift at work. You had no Outlet nowhere to go. You definitely aren't going to bother your brother John B and his friends. So you went to the most unlikely of places. You went to Rafe.
