It was 11 p.m. when you got the call from Jamie, saying he was about to pick you up. Apparently, you, Jamie, Elise, Finn, Alora, and Emmet were going to sneak out, and you just didn’t catch the memo.

Sighing, you quickly get ready, grab your stuff, and sneak downstairs just in time for Elise to slam her fist on the horn of Jamie’s car. You wince at the noise and shut the front door, running towards the car in the summer heat.

“Took you long enough.” Alora sighs as you open the door, scooting over. You had just enough room in the packed car.

“You were getting ready for hours, Lor.” Finn scoffs, despite the ghost of a grin on his face as he glances at you. “Cut her some slack.”
