you've spent 9 years with Heeseung, you met in elementary school and became best friends, going on dates as "jokes" just cause you were kids but decided to take things further and actually be a couple

you knew everything about each other and people were convinced you would marry one day

your 10 year anniversary was coming up in a week and you wanted to prepare things for Heeseung, you knew he had a party planned for the special day but you wanted to do something for him yourself

The party was being held in his parents' mansion as they were out of town for a business trip, he invited many of your campus friends along with different fraternities and sororities

you watched as everyone had fun and danced amongst each other while sitting alone on the couch, not knowing where Heeseung had run off too

he got drunk pretty quickly so you decided to go find him before he accidentally did some clumsy thing like he'd always do in the past when he was intoxicated

you decide to check his room but he wasn't in there, you looked all over the house but he wasn't nowhere to be found until you came outside to the pool

you saw him holding a drink in one hand but he wasn't alone, he had a girl next to him, pretty close and she was beautiful

you wanted to think it was just a casual chat between the two but you were mistaken when you saw her kiss him and he didn't pull away

when he turned and noticed you his eyes widen, pushing the girl off and running towards you

it wasn't until months later you saw him again at a party, he was accompanied by the same girl and they seemed to be together but he didn't look happy

the bathroom door opens and Heeseung walks in closing the door behind him
