Iruma has slightly long, spiky, cerulean hair which sports his signature ahoge. His hair is seen tied in a short ponytail during physical activities, as well as during his time as a member of the student council. He has large, round eyes with Egyptian-blue irises.

Iruma is usually seen wearing the traditional male school uniform of Babyls Demon School: an Olympic-blue jacket with a white stripe lining the edges, pockets, and cuffs (two stripes lining the cuff on his second-year uniform).
