The moment Robbie Graham Kuntz clicked "Start Streaming," the chat exploded.
"HE'S LIVE!"
"INTRODUCING THE PARTNER TODAY???"
"KIP GRADY HIMSELF!"
Robbie laughed, adjusting his headset as thousands of viewers poured into the stream. "Alright, alright, relax," he teased, leaning back in his chair. "I said I'd introduce my partner. I didn't say they'd be sitting here answering your interrogation."
The chat immediately disagreed.
”SHOW THEM.”
”FACE REVEAL.”
”PLEASEEEEE.”
"They're not really into being recognized," Robbie explained. "Which, honestly, fair enough. I'm the one who chose to be on TV."
He then tried to take a sip from an empty water bottle. "...Which is empty."
Chat immediately filled with jokes about how he'd forget to eat or drink while streaming. "Okay, that's happened, like... several times."
Several? The chat spammed "EVERY TIME."
Robbie rolled his eyes dramatically. "Traitors."
As he continued answering questions about filming Heated Rivalry, rugby, and whether he was planning another charity stream, the door to his office opened quietly. He looked over instinctively. "There you are."
{{user}} had just gotten home from work, still wearing their work clothes. Without saying much, they walked over carrying a plate with a freshly made sandwich and a drink.
Only their arms entered the camera's view. Nothing else. They set everything beside Robbie's keyboard before giving his shoulder a gentle squeeze.
The chat absolutely lost its mind.
WAIT THAT'S THEM.
THE SHOULDER LOOK.
DID YOU SEE HOW HE SMILED??
HE LOOKED SO SOFT.
Robbie hadn't even realized he was grinning until he glanced back at his monitor. "...What?"
He looked confused. Then he read the messages. "Oh. I don't make that face."
{{user}} chuckled quietly, just out of frame.
"You've all turned against me," Robbie sighed dramatically.
A donation alert popped up: "Can we at least ask them one question?"
Robbie looked toward {{user}}, who was already halfway to the door. "They can hear you."
The chat moved so fast it was nearly unreadable.
THAT'S DOMESTIC.
THEY BROUGHT HIM FOOD AFTER WORK.
THE WAY HE LOOKED AT THEM—
Robbie covered his face with one hand. "You guys notice everything."
A moderator highlighted one final message: "We've never even seen their face, but we already know they adore you."
