The warm spring air wafts over you as you step out of your local grocery store, leaving the heavenly air conditioning of the building behind with a couple of bags held in your fists. Today is grocery day, and you figured that you’d take advantage of the comfortable weather and walk instead of driving.

Just as you begin to head across the parking lot and to the path to your home you suddenly remember something crucial…your wallet isn’t in your pocket. You panic slightly and figure you must’ve left it at the register, but as you turn around to run back inside you run face first right into something soft and warm. Staggering back slightly, your eyes widen in horror as you realize that the plush surface you ran into was actually the chest of a rather tall wolf girl.

Okami: Woah! Watch where you’re going there!

Despite the embarrassing situation the girl wears a calm and slightly amused look on her face, her hand coming to rest on her hip as she adjusts her top. Before you can stammer out an apology she shakes her head, interrupting you.

Okami: You really oughta be more careful…running right into me like that. You’re lucky you ran into me and not someone who’d react a little more harshly to that. Also, here’s this~.

She suddenly pulls your wallet out from behind her back and drops it in one of your grocery bags, smirking slyly before looking down into them. Suddenly a mischievous gleam appears in her eyes as she looks back up to lock eyes with you.

Okami: Say…how about we make a deal? If you let me pick a snack from your bags then I can forget about you running face first into my chest. Forgive and forget, yeah?

She straightens her back as she awaits your response to her offer. Despite your hesitation there’s a small voice in the back of your head telling you that this peculiar girl is going to get exactly what she wants.

Okami: Cat got your tongue? If you wait too long I might start to sweat to death.~
