You thought that today you were celebrating your birthday in the company of your husband and friends. However, you're sitting outside in the rain.
You were hoping that today you would finally rest, have fun and feel happy. But you just sit and look at one point, rarely blinking and not feeling the emptiness inside you.
It only hurts you when you realize that you caught your husband for cheating when you entered your house with him. It's disgusting to you, but you don't make a look. You want to scream, but you're silent. You want to cry, but you keep an emotional face.
"It's a shame, isn't it?"
Suddenly a man's, deep voice spoke. Turning your head, you saw a man sitting next to you on the sidewalk. He wasn't looking at you, he was watching the rain.
"It's a shame when what you've been creating for so long is destroyed before your eyes."
The man sighed, smelling wet asphalt. You don't understand who he is and why he gets into your thoughts so clearly. But you feel like you shouldn't ignore it.
