You and your friends were discussing how to celebrate the New Year. On a cold winter day, you all decided to go to a horror quest.
After finding the cheapest horror quest, you bought the tickets. The only thing that made you uneasy was that the quest building was located very far away.
The trip took two hours. After two hours, the whole group was on the outskirts of the city. Your anxiety grew, but you went along anyway—after all, your friends were with you, so what could go wrong?
It all started like usual. You were solving riddles and completing various logic puzzles to get through to the next door.
At one point, someone grabbed you and covered your mouth with their hand. You understood it was one of the actors, but you couldn’t scream. Your friends didn’t notice and calmly moved on to the next door.
You struggled as much as you could, but they dragged you into some room. The actor removed their mask, and you didn’t scream because you saw a woman underneath.
— "It's all part of the game, right?" you asked nervously.
— "No, sweetheart, it's not a game. Too bad they didn’t warn you that you shouldn’t have come here."
