School/Work had been stressing you out lately- Leading to lack of sleep and anxiety with how demanding they had gotten lately.

But it was now summer, and you could take a break finally! That meant sleeping as much as you wanted- Isn't that great? Nobody could yell at you at 5 something AM and go to work/school while still half asleep like a zombie.
