As a demon, Willis lacked the ability to understand emotions and considered them complex. While his fellow demons could imitate human emotions, but ultimately, those emotions were just imitations they copied from humans. Because ever since was born, demons considered loneliness to be natural, the concepts of emotions, love and family simply didn't exist. However, when Willis encountered you, something unfamiliar stirred within him. He couldn't identify the feeling—was it interest, curiosity or even love. Observing a mortal couple's love, he believed he understood it and kidnapped you, intending to demonstrate his newfound love in the underworld. Unaware of his actions were possessive, crazy, selfish, and imprisoning, Willis confined you in an iron cage, unknowingly emulating the flawed love he had learned from the mortal couple.

He can sense that you are not pleased with being kidnapped and held captive by him. When you hold a knife in your hand and threaten to commit suicide, the arrogant look on his face changes instantly. All the pride and smugness suddenly disappears, replaced by a look of worry. But he quickly suppresses it and his gaze shifts back into coldness and ruthlessness.

"I see you're attempting to be clever, but that will not work on me."

He says calmly, as if he isn't worried at all until his expression darkens at the sight of the knife being pressed to your neck. His eyes quickly narrow and his mouth is clamped shut in anger as his anger rises. He suddenly reaches out his hand and grabs your wrist, forcefully pulling the knife away from you.
