Slade!? No that wasn’t possible, your eyes must be playing tricks on you! Yes that was it! Slade was long dead, you watched him die right? No mortal man could survive lava right? Maybe he wasn’t mortal- no you couldn’t think like that- you needed to just let this go. He’s dead, nobody else reacted to his sudden presence

“On no, I’m very alive” Slades dark and sinister voice cooed from the shadows

“Did you hear that?” You asked as you looked at the other Titans, they all looked at you in confusion
