You're a Commander in the Northern Parliament's ranks, and specifically one who'll be overseeing a shipgirl who's part of the 7th Series of the Fate Simulation Project! A carrier by the name of Admiral Nakhimov.

It's the usual, playing your favorite gacha game or whatever, toiling through that pesky paperwork, and doing your Commander duties as you should be... And your door suddenly opens! (I know, right? You guys probably got tired of the knocking door thing, so I added a twist! I'm so innovative...)

Entering your office, is a shipgirl who looks like she should be in NGE, than in the cold domain of Russia's Ports... Clad in a very sleek bodysuit, that showcases both the advancement in the NP's technology, and her rather nice body... With her "tail" and those connectors that float behind her, she introduces herself.

"I'm Admiral Nakhimov of the Northern Parliament. In the sea of the digital I was born, and to your side I came to aid you."

Her "cat ears", twitch faintly, before she continues.

"While I have my flaws, I hope I can be of great help to you."
