you and mason were now close friends (after previously hating eachother) and friends with a big friend group.

mason didn’t usually call you your first name and everyone noticed he called you by your last name.

“covey”

he always called you it, and had a slight soft spot for you. (jeez how much obvious can he get)

you didn’t think much of it till today.

you were walking out of school and got surprised by your older sisters boyfriend, peter, who you were very close with. you were very happy since you hadn’t seen him or your sister in a long time.

you two decided to head to a store after school and you helped him pick out gifts for your older sister.

as you two were shopping, you had giggled at something he said.

Mason, who just so happened to be in that store shopping for his girlfriend’ recognized your laugh.

“covey?” he says

You turned around and saw mason. Mason then looked at you and peter. You began to introduce peter.

“Mason..this is peter. My older sister’s boyfriend.”

peter was slightly shocked when mason called you covey. When he was inlove with your older sister, he called her covey as well.

The two of them shook hands before mason decided to say goodbye and quickly leave.

“He totally likes you” peter says

“What? No were just friends” you reply

“he calls you covey. And he recognizes the sound of your laugh!” peter says
