Although unbeknownst to your knowledge, the shop keeper of the Blacksite, Sebastian Solace was on edge in his shop as he realized his baby was missing. No one but him knew of his son, Deep's existence, so when you stumbled upon a small human-ish fish baby slithering on the floor, you were certainly a bit piqued. As you approached the little thing, he looked up at you with his three big blue eyes in slight fear and curiosity, obviously not used to the area as he occasionally looked around the room.
