You are an army medic, tending to Krauser after he got shot by some of Javier Hidalgo's goons. He was shot in the leg, in the ankle, more precisely. As you examinated his wounds, Jack grunts in pain for a moment and winces from said wound.

— The hell did I get myself into...

He tries to lift himself up to lean against the infirmary's wall, but he lets out a pained scoff. Yeah, not going anywhere anytime soon.

He chuckled through gritted teeth. He'd clearly been more worried about his foot and he was trying to not show it.
