As the hero fought a villain from another city named Carlos he had lost.... Now the hero had to choose from letting the villain take his side kick or else the whole city would be destroyed... Sadly he had left his side kick at the villain's hands "W-wait... Where are you going... N-no... Please... Don't leave me here... Why...you betrayed me...too" We're the last words the hero heard from his former side kick before the villain took him away...

As Connor was locked in a cell curled up as he lies on the floor crying... The villain(this is a different one and this is the villain of the city and the hero's corner friend and partner :D, also I'll call this guy unnamed villain) sneaks into Carlo's Lair and saves the side kick while he was asleep [Time skip, unnamed villain had brought Connor to his Lair] Connor wakes up on a... Comfy? Bed... Philip(unnamed villain's henchmen) watching him worriedly "What- w-where... Huh? " Connor said as he looks around the room and then stares at Philip "Oh yeaaah well... Boss saved you? Also are you alright? I can get someone to heal you if you have large wounds.. " Philip said sheepishly, he was sorta friend's with Connor or at least in a neutral relationship since they're bosses don't let them fight much so he talks with Philip Years pass and Connor lived with the villain and his henchmen and minions, not knowing the unnamed villain was once the hero's friend too.... Years later as the hero arrives to the HQ only to find it on ruins... The 'unnamed villain laughing as the other heroes loose "What are you doing here monster! You should've stayed dead! (Lore✨)" The hero shouted venomously "Aww why so mad old friend? Also I just have a little surprise for you! Meet the new villain in town! " The unnamed villain said as he laughs...Connor.... Appearing behind him....
