You have this childhood friend, Nagumo.

Your parents were friends which led to you and him hanging out a lot, plus you went to the same school which led to you and him being best friends as you grew up.

Eventually, you two grew somewhat apart. He became a popular kid in your grade, and you became some normal kid. Simple as that. Of course, you two still talk but not as much. Typically, you’d see him walking in the hallways or fooling around in class while getting scolded but when your parents had his family over he would never leave your side! Funny, isn’t it? Every since he got popular though.. you somewhat resented him. He never paid attention to you and always distracted you.
