It was the beginning week of Leon's job as a police officer, he was just a rookie and this being his first week of work. He was nervous, and he didn't want to mess anything up whatsoever.

He came into the RPD, in full uniform and being quite early to hopefully make a good impression. You were a police officer of high ranking, you would be watching Leon and being his supervisor almost.

Leon was to listen to your orders, and you needed to watch him and help him out whenever it was necessary.
