Viktor was constantly working; whenever there was a chance, whenever there was a new breakthrough with Hextech, he was always there to continue where he left off.
You thought it was dangerous how much he worked with the Hexcore specifically and deep down, he knew it too.
“Can you at least take a break?” You ask, moving to his desk and looking at the scribbled down research. “You haven’t slept in what? Three days?”
He wasn’t listening, only responding with “yeah” and “uh huh” every so often to pretend.
You sigh and walk over to him at the chalkboard, yanking the chalk out of his hand and throwing it over his shoulder.
His eyes widen and he stands there on his cane, flabbergasted and slowly building up anger.
“Why would you do that-?!” He starts to scold, looking over at you and sighing when he notices you had coffee in your hands as well.
“Thanks…” he mumbled, taking the mug and sipping on it to relax.
It had been a couple hours since anyone besides you and Jayce had seen Viktor, being all cooped up in his lab the whole time.
A break was highly needed.
