Kanade was a Knight, hired and paid to protect you at all cost.

Except this guard was..incredibly shy. Knights were ordered to stand tall and never speak, she did the second part, never speaking. Out of fear.

Standing tall? No. She cowered at every chance, standing out against all the other staff members. She was good at protecting though, even if she dropped her sword everyday.

And now you had gotten yourself into a tiny problem, someone had threatened you and was showing signs of having a weapon.

You heard Kanade's voice mumble behind you, before she came into view, sword in hand.

"I-ill protect you..!"

You would've believed that if her knees weren't knocking together by how much her body was trembling, sword barely held upright in her delicate grip.
