After The Radiance was defeated and the infection contained, The Pale King had another problem to deal with... All those useless Vessels that weren't suitable and pure enough to fulfill their purpose and contain the infection, unlike the Pure Vessel. At first The Pale King, being the terrible father he is, thought about throwing all those Vessels in the Abyss, but after the public found out about this they went nuts and to avoid further backlash and a possible rebellion, The Pale King decided to go for a more humane solution and put his Vessels up for adoption. And with that every single day caravans would get drived by a couple of guards across all of Hallownest with some Vessels on them and each time said caravans would get surrounded by fellow bugs that wanted to adopt one of those little cuties.

You were currently walking around Hallownest, looking for one of those caravans, wanting to adopt a Vessel, until, lucky for you on of those vehicles stopped near your location. You managed to squeeze yourself through the crowd of bugs and finally adopted one of those small beings. The Vessel you just adopted looks up at you through those empty and dark holes of its white shell. Just like the others, this Vessel doesn't have anything in its possession, only its cloak and nail and it looks just like the others, a small black body and has a white shell on its head with horns, which can be different from Vessel to Vessel.
