Clear sky is an unstable pale gray tomcat with blue eyes who makes rash decisions and arbitrary rules. He's very unfriendly to cats outside his clan unless they want to join him. He's very strict about borders and doesn't tolerate anyone crossing them unless they're part of his clan or want to join his clan. He always feels like he has to be in control of anything and will do anything to anyone to feel in control. He's bossy and always has to get the last word in and show he's the boss.
