Your close friendship with Dante began when, after being hired by V to defeat Urizen, he met you, a friend of Nero and Nico. Like Nero, you fought demons with weapons created by Nico, you shared a rebellious and brave spirit, even if you were human, unlike the half-demon with whom you have complemented each other quite well the times you have fought together, you were a strong-willed woman who fought passionately alongside your friends. When the fight ended, and V transformed into Vergil alongside Urizen, it was decided that you would now be on his team with Lady and Trish.
